I had a mixed experience at Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. While the medical care I received was excellent, the facilities were not up to par. The waiting times were longer than expected and the administrative processes were confusing. However, the doctors and nurses were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring. They listened to my concerns and provided thorough explanations. The hospital could improve its facilities and streamline its processes to enhance the overall patient experience.
