I recently used a local florist for a small event, and the experience was average overall. The floral arrangements were decent, but nothing extraordinary. The flowers were fresh and lasted for a reasonable amount of time. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. There was some miscommunication and delays in response. While Designs by Gayle did an okay job, I think there might be better options available.
