I recently used the services of this company and I will say that the experience was quite average. The website was easy to navigate and find the necessary information. However, the customer service was mediocre, and I felt like my inquiries were not addressed promptly. The product I received was satisfactory, but I expected a bit more in terms of quality. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and follow-up. Overall, my experience with the company was not bad, but I believe there are other companies out there that offer a more seamless and satisfying customer experience.
