I recently used a shipping company for a delivery. The process was straightforward, and the staff was helpful. However, there were a few delays in the delivery, which caused some inconvenience. Overall, the service provided was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. I hope they can work on minimizing any potential delays in the future.
