The cleaning service provided by this company was decent. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to book a cleaning appointment without any hassle. 😊 However, I found the actual cleaning to be average. The cleaners arrived on time and were professional, but the quality of their work was not outstanding. Some areas were missed, and I had to point them out for a touch-up. 😕 Additionally, the company's customer service was average at best. While they were responsive to my inquiries, I expected a more personalized and friendly approach. Overall, my experience with this company was just okay. 👌 I would consider using their services again, but they would not be my first choice.
