I am a customer of Generali Romania and I must say that my experience with them has been average. The service provided by the company is neither great nor terrible. It's just average. They have a good range of insurance products and their customer service is decent, but there's nothing exceptional about them. I haven't had any major issues with them so far, but there's also nothing that makes me want to recommend them to others.
