I recently purchased some wheel components from this company and overall, I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the products I needed without any issues. The checkout process was straightforward, and my order arrived in a timely manner. However, I did find the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow, and I felt a bit neglected as a customer. Additionally, I was expecting slightly better quality from the products I received. While they were functional, they didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of durability and finish. Overall, I would say that this company provides an average experience. There are certainly areas for improvement, particularly in terms of customer service and product quality.
