It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, and there were a few details that were not clearly explained. The staff was friendly and helpful during the in-person visit, but the paperwork process felt a bit rushed. The car itself is in good condition, but I noticed a small issue that didn't show up in the inspection. It would have been nice to have a warranty option for added protection. Overall, the company offers a decent selection of certified cars, but there are areas where improvement is needed.
