I had a rather mixed experience with Berton Aciers et Quincaillerie. Some aspects of their service were great, while others fell short of my expectations. The quality of their products was good and the staff was generally helpful. However, I encountered some delays in delivery and the customer support was not very responsive. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement.
