Although Tied Up In Buttons has a wide variety of products, I find their customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, the answers were not very helpful. However, I must admit that their website is easy to navigate and the quality of their buttons is top-notch. Overall, it's a mixed experience for me.
