I recently had the opportunity to use a document management service provided by Documentus oy, and overall, my experience was average. The website, documentus.fi, was clean and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the relevant information. The service itself was decent, but I found it to be lacking in some areas. The turnaround time for processing documents was reasonable, but the accuracy was not up to par. There were a few instances where the documents were not organized correctly or had mistakes, which was frustrating. Additionally, the customer support was satisfactory, but there were times when it took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries. While the service provided by Documentus oy is sufficient for basic document management needs, there is room for improvement in terms of accuracy and responsiveness.
