I recently engaged with a real estate development company based in Ohio, and I found the experience to be satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of properties available for sale and lease. However, I did encounter some delays in receiving responses to my inquiries, which was slightly frustrating. Additionally, I felt that the overall communication could have been more proactive and informative. Despite these shortcomings, I did eventually receive the information I needed and found the company to be professional in their approach. Overall, my experience with the company was average, and I would suggest that they work on improving their responsiveness and communication to enhance their customer service experience.
