It took quite some time for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the responses were somewhat generic and did not fully address my concerns. Additionally, the pricing for their services seems to be on the higher side compared to similar companies. On the positive side, the quality of the products I received was satisfactory, and they arrived in a timely manner. Overall, I would say my experience with this company was average. Although they have potential, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing.
