I recently stayed at Fernhill hotel for a weekend getaway and I must say it was an average experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, but the service was a bit lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and disinterested in helping guests. The rooms were comfortable, but could use some updating. Overall, I would give Fernhill hotel an average rating.
