I had a mixed experience with Hospitality associates limited. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were disappointing. The website hai-l.com was easy to navigate, and the booking process was straightforward. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I found the room to be quite small and the cleanliness could have been better. The staff, on the other hand, were friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
