I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate Ibtikarat as average. The experience was neither amazing nor terrible. The website ibtikarat.sa is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The products they offer are of decent quality. However, I did have some issues with the customer service, as it took quite some time for them to respond to my inquiries. Overall, I think Ibtikarat is an okay company.
