I recently utilized the services of this HR company and found them to be average. While they claim to provide streamlined HR solutions, I didn't feel they fully met my expectations. The website itself was user-friendly, providing basic information about their services. However, when it came to actually engaging with their team, the response time was quite slow. I had to follow up multiple times on my queries, which resulted in a delayed process. The solutions they offered were okay, but I felt they lacked innovation and a personalized touch. Overall, I can't say I was overly impressed with this company. They were just average in terms of providing what they promised, without going above and beyond to exceed my expectations.
