I had a mixed experience with Canadian registry of therapy animals and service animals. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took several attempts to contact them and when I finally did, the representative was not very helpful. However, once I got through the process, the certification for my therapy animal was straightforward and easy to obtain. Overall, I would rate them as average.
