I had an average experience with Be Prepared Investigations and Survival Supplies LLC. Their website was easy to navigate, and I found the products I needed. However, the customer service was lacking. When I had a question about one of the items, it took a while to get a response. Overall, the quality of the products was good, but the customer service could be improved.
