The customer service at Santa fe warehouse is average. I had placed an order online and had some queries regarding the shipping process. The representative I spoke to was fairly helpful and gave me the required information. However, the delivery of my order was delayed by a few days, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, my experience with the company was decent.
