I recently had the opportunity to work with continentalmgmt.com and had an average experience. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing necessary details about the company's services. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. There were delays in their responses to my inquiries, which was quite frustrating. It seemed like they could improve their efficiency in handling customer queries. On the bright side, I appreciated their professionalism in carrying out their services. The team was knowledgeable and experienced, ensuring that my needs were met adequately. Although they have room for improvement in terms of customer support, their expertise and professionalism compensated for it to some extent. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement. 😐
