I recently joined a company in Canada and it has been a positive experience so far. The work environment is friendly and everyone is supportive. The company values its employees and provides opportunities for growth and development. The management team is approachable and open to feedback. I appreciate the work-life balance that the company promotes. There are some areas that can be improved, such as the communication between different departments. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience at Kontron and would recommend it to others.
