I recently visited a music store near me and it was not a pleasant experience. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I then decided to try Spotts Music Center and I was blown away by the difference. The staff was friendly and took the time to understand my needs. I found the perfect guitar and received great customer service. Highly recommended!
