As a CUSTOMER, I had a mixed experience with this company. Although the website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth, the product I received was not as described. It was disappointing and I had to go through the hassle of returning it. On the positive side, their customer service was responsive and helped me with the return process. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
