I recently had the opportunity to work with an insurance agency that left me with a fairly average impression. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, the overall customer service experience was nothing exceptional. The response time to my inquiries was decent, but it took a few back-and-forth conversations to get the resolution I was looking for. The agent I worked with seemed knowledgeable, but I felt a bit rushed during our interactions. The pricing for the insurance policies was on par with other companies in the market. Overall, the company fulfilled my basic insurance needs, but I wasn't blown away by the experience.
