I've been using ON24 for my webinars and virtual events, and I must say, they are doing a decent job. The platform is user-friendly, and their customer support is helpful. However, there are a few areas where they can improve, such as adding more customization options and enhancing the analytics features. Overall, I would still recommend ON24 as a reliable webinar solution.
