I had a mixed experience with Guishem. The dress I ordered looked beautiful on the website, but when I received it, the fit was not right for me. I reached out to their customer service and they were helpful in providing an exchange. The new dress I received fit perfectly and I'm happy with the outcome. While the initial experience was disappointing, their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue changed my opinion.
