The customer service provided by this company is average. While they were responsive to my initial inquiries and provided timely updates, I found that their representatives lacked knowledge about their own product offerings. It was clear that they were reading off a script and were unable to provide comprehensive answers to my questions. Additionally, their website was difficult to navigate, with broken links and outdated information. However, they did manage to deliver the product on time and in good condition. Overall, my experience with this company was neither exceptional nor terrible. They have potential to improve in terms of their customer service and website usability, but for now, I would rate them as average.
