I have been using Impact journals for a while now ...

I have been using Impact journals for a while now and I must say that their service is average. While they provide a decent platform for publishing research papers, there are definitely some areas where they can improve. The website interface feels a bit outdated and could use a refresh. Additionally, the submission process can be a bit confusing at times. Overall, I would rate them as average.
