As a CUSTOMER, I have had an average experience with Fonderia f.a.i.l. Their website (fonderiafail.it) is easy to navigate, and their product selection is decent. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, the responses were not very helpful. Overall, I would say that Fonderia f.a.i.l. is just an average company.
