I've had a mixed experience with Unokiwi, inc. The quality of their products is generally good, but their customer support can be hit or miss. There have been times when they were very helpful and resolved my issues promptly, but there have also been instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, I would say they are a decent company with room for improvement.
