I've been a customer of Agenda: usa for several years now and I must say, their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and they have a decent selection of products. However, their customer service could use some improvement. I've had a few issues with orders in the past and it took a while to get them resolved. Overall, it's an okay company to do business with.
