I would rate Ten Little as average. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing exceptional. I have purchased shoes from them a few times and they have always been comfortable and durable. However, their selection is quite limited and I often find myself wanting more options. The customer service is friendly and helpful, but they could be more responsive to inquiries. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchases but I believe there is room for improvement.
