I had an average experience with Don Massey Cadillac. The customer service was okay, but nothing exceptional. The staff seemed a bit disinterested and not very enthusiastic about helping me. The purchasing process was smooth, but I feel like they could have done more to make me feel valued as a customer. Overall, it was an average experience.
