I recently availed the services of this company and I must say, they provided an average experience. The website was user-friendly and had relevant information about their products. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my queries and their answers were not very detailed. When it came to delivery, it was slightly delayed and the packaging could have been better. The product itself was of decent quality, but nothing exceptional. Overall, my experience with the company was average. I think they have the potential to improve their customer service and delivery process to provide a better experience to their customers.
