I recently had an average experience with an onsite IT support company. Their website was easy to navigate and provided enough information about their services. However, I found their response time to be a bit slower than expected. It took them longer than I would have liked to address my technical issue, and I had to follow up several times to get updates. Once the technician arrived, they were professional and knowledgeable, but the overall experience could have been smoother. Their pricing was competitive, but I felt that the level of service I received did not fully align with the price I paid. While they eventually resolved my problem and provided decent customer service, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of their timeliness and communication.
