I have been a customer of Dr Thomas Smith Optometry INC for many years, and I can confidently say that the service provided by this company is average. The staff is generally friendly and the prices are reasonable. However, I feel that the waiting times can be quite long, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
