I had a mixed experience with Tile Choice. The customer service was excellent and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, I was not satisfied with the quality of the tiles I purchased. Many of them were chipped and had imperfections. Tile Choice needs to improve their quality control. Overall, it was an average experience.
