As a customer, I recently had an average experience using Genesee Pharmacy services. The website, geneseepharmacists.org, is easy to navigate and provides useful information about their products and services. The ordering process was straightforward, and my prescription was filled promptly. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and were not very helpful when I had questions about my medication. Additionally, I wish they offered more convenient payment options, as I had limited options when it came to paying for my prescription. Overall, while Genesee Pharmacy gets the job done in terms of fulfilling prescriptions, the lack of attentive customer service and limited payment options detracted from my experience. I hope they can improve in these areas in the future to provide a better customer experience.
