I had a terrible experience at a hair salon recent...

I had a terrible experience at a hair salon recently. The stylist didn't listen to what I wanted and gave me a haircut that I hate. The salon was dirty and had a terrible atmosphere. I would never go back to The Loft Hair Design & Skincare!
