I had high hopes for Technology for Improved Learn...

I had high hopes for Technology for Improved Learning Outcomes, but unfortunately, they did not live up to my expectations. The technology provided was average at best, and I encountered several issues during implementation. The customer support was helpful in resolving some of these issues, but overall, my experience was not great.
