I would rate Intellilinks as average. The customer service was decent, but the overall experience was just okay. There are definitely some areas that could be improved upon. The website was a bit confusing to navigate and I found it difficult to find the information I was looking for. However, the products themselves were of good quality and I was happy with my purchase. In summary, Intellilinks is an average company that could benefit from some improvements.
