🌟 As a customer of Altern fulfillment, I must say that my experience with their services has been quite average. Although their website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, I found the overall fulfillment process to be quite slow. The fulfillment team took longer than expected to ship my orders, resulting in delayed deliveries. Additionally, there were a few instances where the packaging was not as secure as I would have liked, and some products arrived damaged. On a positive note, their customer service was responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and quality control. While Altern fulfillment isn't terrible, I wouldn't consider them outstanding either. 👍🏼
