I have been a customer of an insurance company for a long time, and recently I switched to New York Insurance Association. Their services are quite average. Their rates are reasonable and the customer service is decent. However, I have had a few issues with claims processing in the past, which is a bit frustrating. Overall, I would say it's an okay insurance company. It's not the best, but also not the worst.
