I recently had an experience with a company that provides eldercare services in Ripley, WV. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website provided helpful information about their services and the staff seemed knowledgeable and professional. However, I did encounter a few minor issues during my interaction with them. The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Additionally, while the staff was friendly, I felt that they could have been more attentive to my specific needs. Despite these shortcomings, the company did eventually address my concerns and provide the necessary support. While I would recommend this company to others based on their services and expertise, I do hope they work on improving their communication and customer service.
