The company website, heatex.com.au, is easy to navigate and has all the necessary information. However, the overall experience with Heatex pty. ltd. has been a bit disappointing. The products I purchased were not up to my expectations, and there were some issues with the delivery. It's not a terrible company, but I wouldn't say it's great either.
