I recently had an experience with a flooring company and I must say that I found it to be rather average. The website was easy enough to navigate, providing all the necessary information about their products and services. However, the overall customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked the knowledge to answer my questions adequately. Moreover, the prices were on the higher side, considering the quality of the products. The installation process was mediocre at best, with some minor issues that needed to be addressed afterwards. While the end result looks decent, it didn't quite meet my expectations. All in all, the company did an average job in terms of product selection and final outcome, but they need to improve their customer service and pricing to truly stand out in the market.
