I recently purchased a flow measurement device from this company for an industrial project. The product itself is of decent quality, and the customer service team was responsive to my inquiries. However, I did encounter some delays in the delivery process, and I found the website interface to be a bit outdated and difficult to navigate. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. The product serves its purpose, but there is room for improvement in terms of the overall customer experience.
