Initech consulting is an average company. I have been working here for a few years now and while it is not the best place I have ever worked, it also isn't the worst. The company provides a decent work-life balance and the salary is fair. However, there is room for improvement in terms of career growth opportunities and employee benefits. Overall, it's an okay place to work.
