I recently had a heating issue at home and decided to call the company's number found on their website. The technician arrived promptly and was courteous, but I felt that the service was just average. The technician seemed knowledgeable, but the overall experience was lacking the personalized touch. Although the problem was fixed, I was left with a feeling of indifference. The website was easy to navigate, but I expected more detailed information about the services offered. The follow-up communication could have been better, as I had to call for updates. Overall, the experience was okay, but it didn't exceed my expectations. Hopefully, the company will work on improving these aspects to provide a more satisfying customer experience. 🏠🔧
